Market Square Walk
With Lesley Sainsbury
Friday, 12 June | 2.00 PM | £10/person
What you’ll discover
The Market Square has been the heart of St Neots for centuries, but how much do you really know about it?
On this afternoon walk, Lesley Sainsbury takes you through the extraordinary cast of characters and businesses that shaped the very centre of town. Historic inns that no longer exist, composers who lived and worked right here, dentists, newspaper offices and traders — the full human story of a place you walk through every week.
These aren’t distant history. They’re the stories of the square you know today.
