St Neots Museum aims to inspire everyone to discover and enjoy their local heritage, and we welcome group and individual visits of all types.
Our new Activities Room has given us a space where we can welcome groups, provide handling sessions, give talks and run craft sessions.
All fees charged go to support the work of the museum.

School and Youth Group Visits
We welcome visits from school groups, although the small spaces in our galleries make it easier if one class can visit at a time.
We are also able to open the museum in the late afternoon and evenings to welcome youth groups, contact us with your requirements.
Please book your visit even if it will be self-led. We may be able to provide resources you can use from our Schools Learning Pack and we can make sure you do not clash with another group.
We can also arrange a short welcome to the museum when you arrive.
Whatever topic you are studying we may be able to provide resources and activities to help you achieve the aims of your visit. Visits cost £1.00 per child for a taught session. Contact us for more information.
Youth Group Visits
Scouts, Guides, Beavers etc. are all welcome at the museum. We can provide a trail around the museum or an activity, with squash and biscuits afterwards if required. Charges are £25.00 per visit, or £2.50 per child.
We currently have the following loan boxes available. Boxes are available for a period of two weeks at a cost of £10.00. Loans may be extended, for an additional fee, if no other group is waiting to borrow the box.
Adult Group Visits
Looking for an interesting location for a visit? We can provide an introductory talk about the history of St Neots, a tour of our galleries and tea and cakes to finish! We charge £25.00 per group visit (or £2.50 per person if you are a small group) and £2.50 per person for tea and cakes.
A Walk around St Neots
Discover the history of the town on a leisurely stroll of about 90 minutes around the centre of St Neots. Charges are £30.00 per group, tea and cakes can be provided at the museum afterwards at £2.50 per person.
